Our Rent-to-Own plans are " No Strings Attached". Renting on a month-to-month basis, meaning you have the flexibility to turn in the building at any time, for any reason. You can pay over the phone with a credit/debit card and even set up monthly Autopay, so you never miss a payment! 

It's easy to make extra payments to shorten the length of your plan and there are also early payoff options!

All Credit Approved 90 Day Same-As-Cash 

All Rent to Own plans have a built-in 90 Day Same as Cash through our partners at Heartland Capital. There's no credit check and if it takes you longer than 90 days to payoff your building, your plan will automatically roll into a monthly Rent to Own plan! 

15 Months 0% Interest with Approved Credit (Pre-Qualify online with no credit check)

Take up to 15 months to payoff your building with no interest through GreenSky.
